Every indicator, and where it comes from

Pick a country to see every standardized signal value exactly as it enters the scorer — organized by phase and domain, each with its data source. Nothing here is hidden behind the score: a missing value is shown as absent, never scored as zero. The full per-indicator register — sources, series, coverage, vintages, and the documented gaps — lives in the project repository (config/data_register.csv and docs/data-provenance.md).
